If you wish to cancel an order, please notify us within 12 hours of purchase! If you wish to return an item you will be responsible for the return shipping.
ALL late cancellations and returns could be subject to a service charge of up to 20%. Freight, Special order and/or custom items are not returnable and/or are subject to 35% restocking fee under our discretion.**
Custom Painted Parts done by 4x4Runners are non refundable.
Original shipping costs to the customer and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
- It is your responsibility to verify that the part you received is the part that you ordered. Incorrect parts will not be exchanged after 12 days.

- Some parts might be out of stock and not advised on the product description.

Some products may be damaged during transit. Inspect all packages immediately in the presence of the delivery person. Do not sign delivery receipt until all packages have been inspected. In the event that damage has occurred, physically write damaged on the delivery bill and have the delivery person sign it as verification. Retain all boxes and other packaging material as package may be subject to inspection by the carrier. Contact us within 24 hours to file a claim request. Failure to comply with this policy may result in a denial for damage claim.
Damaged upon delivery otherwise it is not eligible for exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Only regular priced items may be refunded or returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
